Cancellation Policy

Smart Bull Tourism reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, Smart Bull Tourism will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond the control of Smart Bull Tourism. Compensation is not available if Smart Bull Tourism is forced to cancel or in anyway change a tour due to force majeure but if Smart Bull Tourism is unable to provide the tour booked, all payments received(less any insurance premiums paid) will be returned to the client or they will be offered an alternative date or holiday of comparable standards.

If you cancel the activity, the cancellation policy on the Smart Bull Tourism voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information on the Smart Bull Tourism voucher to get the required information.

If there is no cancellation policy stated on the Smart Bull Tourism voucher or the product page, the following cancellation charges will be levied by the same for the respective services:

Up to 4 days before the beginning of the activity: full refund will be made 3 or if there is no show the day prior to the beginning of the activity; no refund will be made

Smart Bull Tourism or the supplier can cancel the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult.


Exclusion


Smart Bull Tourism has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from any activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at harm, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid will not be refunded.

This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever (applies to all cancellation policies).


Other Conditions


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Bull Tourism accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the activities and/or is in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any activities.

You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the activities that are carried out. You should understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain activities.

You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the particular activity. Further conditions or alternative rules can be found on the respective product pages.

Amendments and Cancellations by Clients

At the time of booking, the customer is required to provide us with full, correct names as they appear on your passport. Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability, if the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued.

All the refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase made through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Clients wishing to cancel must inform Smart Bull Tourism in writing, signed by the lead passenger on the booking form. Cancellation will take effect on the date the cancellation request is received by Smart Bull Tourism and the following cancellation charges will apply.

Refund Policy


The refund will be made within 30 working days by crediting the respective card used. If the credit card payment is made before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.

No refund can be given for air ticket and partially used services. Once a booking has been confirmed, any amendments must be advised by the lead passenger on the booking form and will incur the supplement of the amended service plus an administration fee of AED 250. No requested change can be guaranteed. If any number of the party is unable to travel because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by Smart Bull Tourism.

If a refund is payable by Smart Bull Tourism to the client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions as mentioned and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. Smart Bull Tourism will not pay fees charged to the client but by the client’s bank for processing the credited amount. Once hotel reservations have been confirmed, Smart Bull Tourism reserves the right to substitute hotels listed with others of a similar category. Hotels reserve the right to close facilities due to operational reasons without prior notice.

All requests for change or cancellation of any Tour or Safari services purchased on this website must be delivered by email sales@smartbulltourism.com and must be received on our working days at least 48 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided. In case of any change or cancellations, you may get in touch with us through Email, Telephone or Whatsup.

Refund Policy Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment If Safari is cancelled 48 hrs prior to the date, no cancellation charges will be applicable. If Safari is cancelled within 24 to 48 hrs prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable. If trip cancelled 24 hrs prior to the tour date, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.

If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge of payment gateway) for refunding the money back. Please note that gift certificates are both non-refundable and non-cancellable. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance that will cover you in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining your scheduled tour. We will be more than happy to provide evidence to your insurance company if you were unable to join us. If a tour is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be offered. No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel. Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum guest numbers differ between tours are subject to change at any time. If a tour is cancelled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund. If the client does not want to go on following day due to their schedules 100% refund will be paid back by the company. Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any refunds after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original purchase. Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days thereafter to display the credited amount.

All goods and services purchased on this website and their transaction receipts will be delivered in the form of a printable electronic ticket ('ticket') after the successful completion of your purchase. Your ticket will be made to the e-mail address you provide at the time of purchase. If you choose not to download your ticket from the page on this website which confirms the successful completion of your purchase, you must check that you have received the ticket for your purchase by e-mail and notify us without delay if you have not received it within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase. We shall not be liable if you do not receive your ticket because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your ticket after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to twenty four hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.
